Keith and Jan were such an amazing lender!
Since this is our first time buying a home, we had very limited knowledge, only what we found in books, online and from family and friends. When we started looking for a house, Keith immediately told us in detail over the phone the entire process and sent us the same detailed list through email so we could review it together. He is very knowledgeable and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns, they were all taken care of promptly and in a way that gave us confidence and added knowledge.
Since we are new to the home buying process, Keith even gave us a FREE home inspection! From the start, everyone was extremely helpful and very honest about all of the paperwork and costs as well as how the process works.
