Jan is the most helpful and responsive person in the industry. We had lots of questions and she clearly explained answers to us in terms we understood right away. She is very organized and prepared. She started collecting our required documents early so there were no surprises when it came time to sign for our home (unlike other officers we have worked with in the past at other agencies).
While many others in the industry seem to just do the job to the minimum level. Jan goes above and beyond and is outstanding in her field.
She is great at communicating and working with other agencies to save us time and money.
