I just want to say how much I appreciate all your help. You have done more for me than anyone has ever done and invested so much time and energy in me. Since this is our first time buying a home, we had very limited knowledge, only what we found in books, online and from family and friends. When we started looking for a house, Keith immediately told us in detail over the phone the entire process and sent us the same detailed list through email so we could review it together. He is very knowledgeable and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns, they were all taken care of promptly and in a way that gave us confidence and added knowledge.
Since we are new to the home buying process, Keith even gave us a FREE home inspection! From the start, everyone was extremely helpful and very honest about all of the paperwork and costs as well as how the process works.
From the time our realtor put us in touch with Keith and Jan to the time when we closed on our home (this past week!!), they were very easy to reach no matter what time of day or night. This made our home buying experience much more comforting and a lot less stressful. Because of them and their awesome processor, we were able to close on our dream home in less than 16 days.

Jan is the most helpful and responsive person in the industry. We had lots of questions and she clearly explained answers to us in terms we understood right away. She is very organized and prepared. She started collecting our required documents early so there were no surprises when it came time to sign for our home (unlike other officers we have worked with in the past at other agencies).
While many others in the industry seem to just do the job to the minimum level. Jan goes above and beyond and is outstanding in her field.
